Prior to placing my order, I agree that HillFresh, a division of HillFresh Holdings Inc, (HillFresh) has been granted permission to bill charges immediately to the credit card number I have provided for service towards 2011-2012 Academic Year as indicated on this online order form.

Should I require to cancel these services for the FIRST SEMESTER, I will receive a pro-rated refund, less a $75 operations cancellation charge, provided that I submit a written cancellation request which is received no later than October 1st, 2011 to the address below.

Should I require to cancel these services for the SECOND SEMESTER, I will receive a pro-rated refund, less a $75 operations cancellation charge, provided that I submit a written cancellation request which is received no later than March 1st, 2012 to the address below.

Should I require to cancel these services for the FULL ACADEMIC YEAR, I will receive a pro-rated refund, less a $75 operations cancellation charge, provided that I submit a written cancellation request which is received no later than October 1st, 2011 to the address below.  Cancellation notices received after October 1st, 2011 but before January 2nd, 2012 will receive refunds for the SECOND SEMESTER, minus a $75 operations cancellation charge. There will be no refunds issued on or after January 2nd, 2012.

Please Note: All plans are designed for individual use only. Sharing of plans between students constitutes immediate forfeiture of service with no refund provided.

The HillFresh policy is to clean everything that is sent in the student's personal laundry bag as long as we have the ability to clean it, regardless of additional charges. If a student sends items that can only be cleaned by a method that is not covered under the plan type(s) they have registered for, then per piece charges for services rendered will be billed on a monthly basis to the credit card upon which this online order was placed.
