Do I need to separate my white clothes from my colored clothes?

No, we will do that for you but you should let us know if you have dark red or blue items which have not been washed before.
These items are prone to bleeding, so we need to handle them with particular care.

Do I need to label my clothes?

No, we wash each persons clothes separately. We DO NOT "batch wash" at any time!

Can I have my laundry done on a one-time or occasional basis if I'm not on a laundry plan?

It may be possible - please call (646) 239-2466 to inquire.

I'm not on a plan but I'd like to have dry cleaning done... can I?

Unfortunately, we are not offering dry cleaning services at this time. This may change in future - stay tuned!

How long will it take to get my laundry back?

Monday pickups will be returned on Wednesday.

I have allergies and need to use certain detergents, can you do this?

Certainly, we can use so-called "free and clear" detergents to protect you from allergens. We just ask that you remind the driver
each week so he can make a notation on the laundry slip.

I sometimes have wet towels in my laundry, should I do anything special about them?

Yes, a couple of things. First, if you have wet towels or wet clothes, please place them in a plastic bag so they don't come into
contact with other items in your laundry which may bleed when wet. Second, tell our driver so he can make an adjustment to the
weight of your laundry. Wet towels can be pretty heavy!

If I get sick and vomit on my clothes, what should I do?

First, you must rinse the clothes off and place them in a plastic bag. Next, mark the bag "BIOHAZARD". Then, get your laundry to us on
the following service day and TELL our staff. Our staff will NOT handle vomit laden clothes unless these procedures are followed.
Otherwise, your laundry will be returned to you still dirty.

If I can't make the scheduled times, how can I have my laundry done?

Simple, just call/ text 646-239-2466 and we may be able to schedule a special appointment.

If the weight of my laundry is over the amount I signed up for, can I still get it washed?

Yes, you can still get it cleaned. You just need to pay an additional $1.35 per extra pound.

Is there a pricing list for dry cleaning?
