Certainly, we can use so-called "free and clear" detergents to protect you from allergens. We just ask that you remind the driver
each week so he can make a notation on the laundry slip.
Yes, a couple of things. First, if you have wet towels or wet clothes, please place them in a plastic bag so they don't come into
contact with other items in your laundry which may bleed when wet. Second, tell our driver so he can make an adjustment to the
weight of your laundry. Wet towels can be pretty heavy!
First, you must rinse the clothes off and place them in a plastic bag. Next, mark the bag "BIOHAZARD". Then, get your laundry to us on
the following service day and TELL our staff. Our staff will NOT handle vomit laden clothes unless these procedures are followed.
Otherwise, your laundry will be returned to you still dirty.
